Each job length can vary, depending on the size of the site and the scale of the work required. However, most CCTV drain surveys will take around 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.
Normally, we aim to come out to you and complete your drain survey within 24 hours.
No. As well as our domestic CCTV drain surveys, we also cover commercial sites too, coming out to premises such as hotels, restaurants, pubs, large conference centres and schools.
Yes! We can either sketch your drains out as part of your report or use CAD mapping software at an additional cost.

Camera work is usually required during a drain survey to identify defective sections in the system, such as holes in pipes, fractures and open joints. However, when we come out to your property, if we think the problem is down to a blockage (where the issue isn’t recurring), CCTV may not be necessary. However, please let us know if you’d like a CCTV drain survey for reassurance, which can be supplied at additional cost.

While all our CCTV drain surveys are scheduled in advance, we can accommodate emergency blockage clearances if necessary. This is sometimes required to complete the survey successfully, e.g. a build-up of scale is stopping us from getting high-quality images of the system, or there’s a blockage that needs removing before we can see the entirety of the drain pipes. We carry high-pressure jet washing equipment in our vans so that we can perform any work required while on-site, ensuring it doesn’t cause delays in you receiving your final CCTV drain report.
Absolutely! We offer a dedicated home buyers report service to confirm the condition of a property’s drains, including any defects found. We’re happy to pick up keys from your estate agent and drop them back after survey completion if it’s more convenient for you.
